Fìkh Hj-74m Bìni (/ˈnɨmku/ /ˈbɨni/ [common; frequent; generic; medium] [archive]) is a subtropical Town located in Nogo̠rëmuqüe Parish, Pz-339jnup District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Fìkh Hj-74m Bìni is derived from the Constructi language, as Fìkh Hj-74m Bìni was founded by Sd-10u 'S-A-I-N-T' Èlë, who was culturaly Constructi.
